Detention Diversion Program Atlantic County Intergenerational Services – the Detention Diversion program assists the court in determining a more appropriate placement than the county juvenile justice detention center. The project coordinator has two functions: presenting an incarceration alternative to the judge due to the mental health problems, family dysfunction or other special needs of the youth; and also acts as chairperson of the Detention Review Committee which meets weekly to review juvenile offenders activity, present progress reports to court and other agencies.   For more information contact Curtis Still 645-7700, extension 4327 or still_curtis@aclink.org.
