Northfield - Cleanup is continuing in in Northfield and residents are describing their communities as a war zone.
Branches are everywhere, scattered throughout front lawns and in the streets.
Limbs are on top of homes and cars have been destroyed but one message is clear: everybody is okay and that's what residents are thankful for.
Frank Karge says the tree company told him a total of seven trees fell on his property with one right on top of his roof.
Clean-up companies say they are working around the clock and are prioritizing projects.
Trees that have gone through roofs or limbs that are endangering homes or property are first to be taken care of,
But experts are warning home owners not to take on projects that are too big.
"They don't want me to take anything off which could cause the tree to sling back up and fall further into the house," said Karge.
While many power lines are still laying across people's lawns, power crews say they are doing their best to get everyone back online but say it could be several days before everyone has power and lines are cleaned up.
