LEADERSHIP AND SUPERVISION

This class, offered and taught by the FBI, is designed for first-line supervisors in law enforcement. It includes issues such as examination of interpersonal communication, managing the problem employee, motivation, delegation, problem solving and stress management.

Class size is limited to 30 by the FBI, including 15 students from Atlantic County and 15 students from Cape May County.
