SAFE SCHOOLS RESOURCE OFFICER TRAINING

This is a 5 Day, 40 Hour basic course for School Resource Officers and School Administrators. Police Officers assigned to a school after January 1, 2006 are required to attend this training.
The following topics are scheduled to be covered:
- School Recourse Officers Roles and Responsibilities.
- Law
- Teaching Methodologies
- Mentoring
- Working with School Administrators
