POLICE CANINE LEGAL UPDATE AND OPINIONS SEMINAR

The Atlantic County Police Training Center will be hosting this one day seminar in conjunction with the Egg Harbor Township Police Department. The course is geared towards canine handlers, supervisors and administrators. The seminar is presented by Terry Fleck, Deputy Sheriff, El Dorato County, California. The program will cover the following areas:

• Canines as non-deadly force
• Canine deployment issues
• Canine policy
• Canine training
• Report writing
• Handler compensation
• Canine narcotics case law
