Court-Referred Cases
CMS receives numerous cases from the twenty-one municipal courts in Atlantic
County and the Family Division of the Atlantic County Superior Court of New Jersey

Self-Referred Cases
Anyone in Atlantic County can use Community Mediation Services. Programs are free of charge. Call (609) 345-7267 for details and more information.

Police-Referred Cases
Many cases, especially victim-offender cases, are referred by police
departments in Atlantic County.
