Office of Home Care provides case management and outreach services
to eligible individuals seeking to remain in the community rather than
live in a long-term care facility through the use of specific home
and community based services and informal supports. For more information

OUTREACH Outreach staff conduct home visits to any Atlantic County resident
60 years of age or older in need of home delivered meals, personalized
attention for completing applications or explaining programs and benefits
for which the senior may qualify.
STATEWIDE
RESPITE CARE PROGRAM This program is designed to provide relief and support to the unpaid
caregivers of the elderly and disabled adults.
