Provides children and families with a comprehensive community based human services delivery system, including medical and dental, mental health, substance abuse, economic assistance, housing assistance, recreation, job readiness training and resume services, case management, special programs that address teen pregnancy prevention, lowering the rate of juvenile arrests and substance abuse prevention and treatment.
