Provides services that help low-income families become more self-sufficient.
Provides services that help low-income families maintain a stable home environment and become more self-sufficient. Programs include:
Ways to Work Family Loan Program - provides low interest loans to low income families who need help with employment, continuing education or transportation in order to maintain the family's economic stability. Installment loans range from $500 to $4,000. Loans can be used for the following purposes: car purchase, car repair, car registration, car insurance, child care, job related tools or uniforms, housing costs, medical care and household expenses.

Individual Development Account (IDA) Program - helps low-income people become economically self-sufficient. The program provides a structure of incentives and supports for working families of limited means which enable them to increase their economic self-sufficiency through economic literacy training and asset accumulation for one or more "qualified expenses". IDA savings accounts may be opened for the following purposes:
home ownership, small business development, education and training to improve employment prospects, automobile purchases for the purpose of of maintaining employability, IRA retirement accounts

Kinship Care Services - helps families who have taken on the responsibility of caring for their relatives children maintain a safe and stable home environment by providing assistance funds to purchase needed goods or services.
