Home delivered meals and congregate meal sites for seniors.
Home-delivered meals are available for frail individuals sixty years of age or older who are unable to leave the confines of home and cannot prepare their own meals. Senior citizens sixty (60) years of age and older are invited to attend one of the nine centers located throughout the County. The centers offer a variety of activities including crafts, line dancing, computer classes, self defense courses and bingo. A lunch time meal is served daily. There is no charge to participate however, a $1.00 donation is requested to enhance the program. The centers are open from 9:00am - 2:00pm and occasionally in the evening for special activities and events. Transportation to the centers can be arranged by calling.
