Initial triage of incoming calls to ABH.
Maintains the primary responsibility for:
The initial triage of incoming calls including assessment of risk, presence of psychiatric, substance use or other behavioral health related problems.
Brief telephone crisis intervention.
Referral to appropriate ABH and/or Community Services/Resources (Refer to the following ABH programs: MICA Partial Care, Adult Outpatient Services, Martin Luther King Family Center, School Based Youth Services, PACT, Providence House, Child & Adolescent Outpatient Services, Seaside Outpatient Services, EAP, Hammonton Family Community Center, Uptown Family Center, Medication Monitoring Clinic)
Coordinates the scheduling process for intake appointments and pre-admission medication consultations.

Fees:  Medicaid, Medicare, Self Pay with a sliding scale if needed and most third party insurance.

Eligibility:  Open to all.
