Mission
The mission of the Uptown Complex Family Center is to
link children and their families with a comprehensive human service
delivery system that will strengthen the local community, insure healthy
child development and healthy family functioning through the reduction
of barriers to the achievement of self sufficiency.
The Uptown Complex Family Center is operated by AtlantiCare Behavioral Health.
