The Atlantic County Prosecutors office
requested drug & weapon free zone map compositions for each of the
municipalities within the county. The drug & weapon free zones depicted
on these maps were developed by first identifying the location of all
of the designated public space and educational facility property boundaries
within the county. Buffering these property boundaries by 1000' feet
for educational facilities and 500' feet for designated public spaces,
delineates the areas of drug & weapon free zones within the county.
