"Donald Parker is a perfect addition to this board," stated County Executive Dennis Levinson. "Given his background in government and health care, he can provide invaluable insight at a time when the college is rapidly expanding its concentration in the health care fields."

Prior to his affiliation with AtlantiCare, Parker served as the Family Court Administrator for the Atlantic/Cape May Superior Court. He also spent seven years in county government as a director of social services. For the past six years, Parker has also served as an adjunct assistant professor in the Undergraduate Social Work Department of the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
Parker is a graduate of Rutgers University where he earned his bachelors degree and his Masters degree in Social Work.
Parker has made public presentations throughout the country and has been recognized for his numerous professional and civic contributions. He continues to devote his time and talents to Gilda's Club South Jersey, the Greater Atlantic City Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Atlantic Cape May Workforce Investment Board, and the United Way of Atlantic County.
"I am proud to nominate Don Parker. We will certainly benefit from his vast experience," said Levinson. "I would also like to acknowledge Lynn Kramer for her contribution to this board during some very challenging times. She has served extremely well."
