| Biography:
Freeholder-at-Large, Frank Giordano was elected to the Atlantic County Board of Chosen Freeholders in November 2006 and re-elected in November of 2009. A long-time resident of Hamilton Township, Freeholder Giordano has served as a Hamilton Township Committeeman for seven (7) years, the Deputy Mayor for four (4) years and Mayor in 2004. As a Committeeman, Giordano was a liaison to the Public Safety Committees of Police, Fire and Rescue. He also served on the Environmental Committee, Planning Board and Public Works. Mr. Giordano cosponsored the Length of Service Awards Program (LOSAP) for Volunteers, served on the Police Athletic League (PAL) and has coached the Mays Landing Athletic Association (MLAA) for diverse sports. He has sponsored many Freeholder resolutions such as supporting the Jessica Lundsford Act and the Empowering Women Act. He has served in various churches as a Sunday School Teacher (20 years), and youth group leader (7 years). Freeholder Giordano is the Vice President of Cousin Mario's, Inc. in Mays Landing, NJ. Freeholder Giordano has been married to his wife, Fran, for 28 years and they have two children, Eryn and Joe. He is also blessed with one grandson, Cole Matthew, who was 1 lb., 10 oz. at birth. |
