Mission

The Mission of the Egg Harbor Township FSC is to promote, support and make accessible services to ensure healthy families and healthy child development. By encompassing a holistic approach, the center addresses various needs of families. Family Service Association operates the Egg Harbor Township FSC.

The Egg Harbor Township FSC is a community based site which serves as a central point of contact where families can access multiple services.

Case Management

The Community Center Resource Counselor provides a comprehensive assessment of the client's needs and problems and makes appropriate suggestions for services within the FSC or elsewhere. The Resource Counselor also helps the client gain access and locate these services and, when appropriate, serves as an advocate for the client's rights.

The Resource Counselor is responsible for case management and case coordination for services that are of a non-medical nature, inclusive of but not limited to mental health, substance abuse counseling, housing assistance and information and referral services.

Outpatient Counseling Services

Outpatient counseling services are offered to individuals, couples and families who need the help of someone who is specially trained to understand the many problems that affect people in our contemporary society. Counseling sessions are tailored to meet the needs of each person and are available by appointment. Counseling is available through the operating agency.
