Mosquito Air Spray Application Rescheduled for August 13 & 15

The mosquito air spray application scheduled for this morning, August 12, for the eastern portions of Galloway Township and Port Republic, was cancelled due to thick haze.

The Atlantic County Office of Mosquito Control plans to conduct aerial and ground spraying to reduce adult mosquitoes on Saturday morning, August 13 and Monday morning, August 15, between 5:30 AM and 9:30 AM, weather permitting.

If cancelled, the airspray will be rescheduled for Monday evening, August 15, between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM and Tuesday morning, August 16, between 5:30 AM and 9:30 AM. The airspray is being conducted over two days due to an expansion of the coverage area.
