Mobile Outreach Van - August Schedule

The Atlantic County Division of Intergenerational Services mobile outreach van is coming to a community near you to provide residents with information about county services and programs.

The van is currently scheduled for the following locations during the month of August:

Tuesday, August 9, 11 AM - 2 PM
The Walk - Atlantic City outlets
Michigan Avenue, Atlantic City

Thursday, August 11, 4 - 8 PM
Atlantic County 4-H Fair
Route 50, South Egg Harbor

Friday, August 12, 11 AM - 2 PM
Shore Park High Rise
225 N. Virginia Avenue, Atlantic City

Friday, August 12, 4 - 8 PM
Atlantic County 4-H Fair
Route 50, South Egg Harbor

Friday, August 19, 11 AM - 2 PM
Wal-Mart
55 S. White Horse Pike, Hammonton

Thursday, August 25, 10 AM - 12 Noon
Absecon United Methodist Church Senior Center
W. Church and Pitney Road, Absecon
(with informational discussion on Medicare’s new prescription drug plan)

The van includes a small work station with lap top computer, portable table and chairs, informational brochures and publications. It periodically makes stops at shopping malls, grocery stores, libraries, hospitals, housing complexes and municipal buildings to help raise public awareness and provide easy access to county services.
