Veterans Day Flag Placement - November 5

Area boy scouts and girl scouts will honor our fallen veterans by placing American flags at each of the 3,000+ gravesites in the Atlantic County Veterans Cemetery with the assistance of Parks staff in commemoration of Veterans Day, November 11.

Flag placement is scheduled for Wednesday, November 5 at 3:30 PM. (RAIN DATE: Thursday, November 6 at 3:30 PM). The Atlantic County Veterans Cemetery is located within the county park, Route 50, Estell Manor.

Scouts who perform this service on two of three occasions throughout the year (Memorial Day, July Fourth and Veterans Day) will be eligible to receive the Atlantic County Patriotism Patch in recognition of their efforts.
