Traffic Advisory - Catawba Bridge, Rt. 559, EHT/Hamilton Twp.
On Friday, October 31, an alternating lane closure will be in effect on Catawba Bridge, EH-17, over Miry Run on Somers Point-Mays Landing Road (Rt. 559) at the border of Egg Harbor Township and Hamilton Township, from 7 AM and 3 PM for county bridge repair work on the 100-year old structure.
Motorists are reminded that a 10-ton weight limit remains in effect on the bridge until further notice. Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route or plan travel time accordingly as delays may be experienced.
