A new Atlantic County senior nutrition site is now available to county residents 60 years and older at the recently opened Galloway Township Senior Center, 621 W. White Horse Pike.
The nutrition site provides recreational and socialization activities as well as a complimentary lunch time hot meal. It is open from 9 AM to 2 PM on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There is no charge to attend, however, a $1.00 donation is suggested. Lunch reservations are required two days prior to attendance and can be made by calling (609) 241-0246.
This is the tenth nutrition site operated by Atlantic County to serve its mature residents. Activities will be scheduled based on the interests of the participants, but may include crafts, computer classes, self defense classes, line dancing, bingo and more.

The county’s other nutrition sites are located in Atlantic City (2), Brigantine, Buena, Egg Harbor City, Egg Harbor Township, Hammonton, Northfield and Ventnor.
