Disaster Loan Outreach Center Extends Operation through October 10
Due to a steady stream of individuals and businesses seeking low-interest loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) for storm damages incurred as a result of the June 30 derecho, the Disaster Loan Outreach Center located in the Hamilton Township municipal building, 6101 Thirteenth Street, Mays Landing will remain in operation through Wednesday, October 10.
SBA representatives will be on site to provide information and assistance regarding loans that include up to $200,000 in home loans for the repair or replacement of real estate and as much as $40,000 for personal property damages. Business owners can seek loans up to $2 million.
The extended schedule is as follows:
Tuesday, October 2 - Friday, October 5
8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Saturday, October 6
10 AM - 2 PM
Sunday, October 7 and Monday, October 8
CLOSED
Tuesday, October 9 & Wednesday, October 10
8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
The center opened on September 25 and received more than 60 visitors through October 1 in addition to numerous phone inquiries.
