Traffic Safety Advisories - Margate and Somers Point
Ventnor Avenue, Margate
Beginning Saturday, May 5 and continuing for approximately two weeks, a lane shift traffic pattern will be in effect on Ventnor Avenue in Margate, between Fredericksburg Avenue and Monroe Avenue from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, for final paving for a South Jersey Gas Co. project.
Shore Road, Somers Point
Beginning Monday, May 7 and continuing for approximately three weeks, a traffic detour will be in effect on Shore Road in Somers Point, between New York Avenue and New Jersey Avenue, from 7:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, for work by Atlantic City Electric.
Work on both roadways is contingent on weather conditions. Police will be on site to assist motorists. Delays may be encountered. Motorists are advised to plan accordingly.
