Senior Artists Invited to Showcase their Talents
Atlantic County visual artists age 60 years and above are invited to participate in the 36th annual Senior Citizens Art Exhibit sponsored by the Atlantic County Division of Intergenerational Services. The exhibit will open on May 1 at the Atlantic County Library System/Ventnor, 6500 Atlantic Avenue.
Awards will be presented to both professional and non-professional artists at a May 11 reception, 1-3 PM. The exhibit will conclude on June 7 with a "Meet the Artists" reception, 12 noon to 1:30 PM.
Artists may submit work in a variety of categories, including: acrylic, pastel, craft, photography, print, oil, watercolor and sculpture. Entries will be accepted on Monday, April 23 and Tuesday, April 24, 10 AM to 3:30 PM at the library.
