Atlantic County Sheriff’s Officers and US Marshal Task Force Members arrested 11 criminal fugitives and 20 persons wanted on warrants for failure to pay child support during early morning raids conducted throughout every municipality in Atlantic County on Friday, October 16, 2009.

Operation F.R.O.S.T. (Full Resources of Sheriff’s Team) is an Atlantic County warrant operation. It is the result of a six week investigation coordinated by Captain Joe Mineer. Additionally, as a direct a result of this operation 19 municipal warrants were cleared.

Those owing child support are urged to contact Atlantic County Child Support Enforcement at (609) 345-6700 at extension 3551 to make arrangements for payment.

Criminal fugitives and persons owing child support are advised by Sheriff Frank Balles to make their payments or face the possibility of arrest or of having their photograph published in the newspaper, shown on television or posted on the internet.

“This is the second of many planned independent Atlantic County Superior Court Warrant Operations that will be executed every year,” Balles said. “We will continue to plan and execute our own fugitive raids and will also fully participate in all Statewide Child Support and Criminal Raids,” he added.
